Over the last few months a number of people have been telling me that I should start to blog about my experiences. That is until yesterday I had always thought this a fairly egotistical activity, who really wants to hear the thoughts, experiences and opinions of a middle aged man with 5 kids, a 4 hour daily commute and all the usual problems of the average family man. But then on my drive home from the train station I realised I needed to vent my anger/thoughts somewhere and writing letters to organisations which have angered you seems so pointless, but writing about it for the world to read (if they ever find this) seem so much more fulfilling.
So here we go, I aim to write about life as the father of 5 generally wonderful children, but occasionally annoying children, the frustrations of commuting daily from the East Midlands down to London (especially following the Dec14th timetable changes), my experiences as an IT Professional, trying to manage projects , and finally life in general.
I hope anybody stumbling onto this will find something of interest and I welcome any comments.
